What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days. Some orders may be eligible for expedited shipping using USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 business days. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.  Orders under $50 will be charged $4.95 for standard shipping or $9.95 for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for expedited shipping you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship orders in the USA.

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 1-3 business days to ship. 

Where can I find my tracking number?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our studio. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
